Since computer screens have chromatic aberration,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

If customer require, such as silk satin, cotton. We are trying our be st to meet client's requirement.

This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation

The returned item must be in perfect condition, as it was sent to you, has not been altered and has not been worn. If there is any dust, dirty spots, change and so on, we shall not offer refund.
We offer FREE REPAIR on your dress! But the postage to send it back and re-shipping cost to you will be both on your account.

It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 14 days after the return request is accepted.

Q3: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length ?

A3:Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo. If you have your idea on changing the dress ,please contact with us before ordering .

Q4: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website ?

A4:There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.
