2. The dress does not include any accessaries such as veils, gloves, petticoat inside and so on. Bidding is only for the dress! If you want accessaries, please contact us!
3. We suggest you choose lace up which is better to adjust the size to fit your body better.
4. Dress can be made in custom size, color, design. We strongly suggest you find a proffessional tailor to measure for you carefully following the Custom Measurements Guideline before buying a gown online.
5. No ready – made any dress. All the dress need to custom-made! The whole custom made process(from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 10-15 working days(Urgent orders except).

After you pay: within 24 hours. You can get a 100% refund
After 24 hours of payment, if you cancel your order, you will receive a 50% refund.
After 48 hours of payment, cancel the order and only refund the shipping cost.
Please understand, because the dresses in my store are all made to order, after 24 hours of payment, the dress is already in the sewing. Even if you want to cancel the order, this piece has been stitched to the finished dress. We will throw it away, so we can only refund the shipping cost to you. Thank you for your understanding!
